Twelve Women of the Bible - Women's Study
This eight-week study examines the lives of twelve women from Scripture who navigated extraordinary challenges with limited rights and social standing in the ancient world. Through Lysa TerKeurst's study, you'll explore stories of courage, rejection, transformation, and faith in action—discovering how these women's experiences reveal God's grace across drastically different circumstances. The study incorporates teaching DVD segments alongside discussion, offering fresh perspectives on familiar and lesser-known biblical figures whose lives continue to speak across centuries.

James: What You Do Matters
The book of James stands out in the New Testament for sounding remarkably like Jesus himself—packed with practical wisdom about how faith actually functions in everyday life. This five-week study with author Margaret Feinberg explores James's teachings on genuine faith, spiritual maturity, and understanding how much God values you, particularly when you're facing hardship or uncertainty. Through weekly discussion and study guide material, you'll engage with one of Scripture's most direct books about what it means to live out what you believe. Experiencing God - Women's Study
This twelve-week study explores Henry Blackaby and Richard Blackaby's approach to recognizing where God is at work around you and learning to join Him there. Through weekly video teaching, discussion, and personal reflection, you'll examine how to discern God's voice, understand His direction, and deepen your relationship with Him in the context of daily life. The study moves beyond knowledge about God toward active engagement with His presence and activity. Meeting online via Zoom, this group creates space for growth, honest questions, and mutual encouragement across the spring months.
Acts Part II: From the Upper Room to the World
If church history feels like unfamiliar territory, this study offers an accessible entry point into the generations immediately following the events of Acts. Through a light-hearted examination of early Christian heroes and their contexts, you'll discover how the movement that began in an upper room spread throughout the ancient world—and how those developments continue shaping Christianity two thousand years later. This seven-week study connects biblical narrative to the formative period of church history, making space for questions and discovery along the way.

Each retreat is an experience where you can step away from the noise of daily life and into a space of spiritual renewal. You will find yourself welcomed into a supportive community of women, all gathering to share stories and encourage one another. From time away to time together, every retreat provides the perfect backdrop to rest, pray, and recharge your soul. We invite you to attend your location’s women’s retreat and discover the profound peace that comes with being truly seen and known.
Mahjong Morning
Resurrection Women are hosting a church-wide Mahjong Morning at the Leawood location, and all skill levels are welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just learning the tiles, come spend a Saturday morning playing and connecting with other women. Plan to bring a snack or drink to share, and if you have your own mahjong set, bring that along too.

Building Better Moms
A Community By Moms, for Moms
Building Better Moms, a Resurrection Ministry for Moms, is here to support you in the ways that you need at each life stage, as well as help you find a community you can do motherhood with. Our Building Better Mom’s groups meet at multiple locations at varying times and frequencies so that you can find a group that works for you and your schedule. Every group brings incredible speakers and experts on topics relevant to motherhood and facilitates group conversation!
Bloom
Bloom is a fun group for women in midlife who are seeking to connect and flourish in faith, friendship and service. Join Bloom throughout the year to embark on a transformative journey of growth and connection with other women in this fabulous stage of life!
Bloom is an inclusive and welcoming community that recognizes the unique needs and experiences of women in midlife. Together, we will explore the depths of our faith, cultivate meaningful friendships, and engage in acts of service that make a positive impact on the world around us.
