Cafe Services Assistant Program Director (Part-time, Nonexempt)

The cafe at Church of the Resurrection, known as The Spring, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated person with exceptional customer service skills to work 25 hours per week assisting with the daily management of coffee and food service operations.  The cafe is an important area of ministry that serves not only our congregation but also those visiting for special events and those seeking to find a church home.  Because of this unique opportunity, the successful candidate must have a passion for people and a "whatever it takes" attitude.  The successful candidate will assist the Cafe Services Program Director with price pointing product, handling vendor relationships, and overseeing staff and volunteers in a team environment.  Previous management and customer service experience is optimal.  It is important to seek someone capable of maintaining hours which will include weekends, special events, evening and holidays because the cafe is a ministry that functions as a retail operation.  The applicant must have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.  To submit your resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with the resume into one document.

Administrative Assistant for Silver Link and Congregational Care (30 hours, Nonexempt - Benefits Eligible)

We are seeking a caring, highly organized and motivated individual to join the Congregational Care Team.  This position will serve a crucial role providing administrative support for our Silver Link Ministry.  This ministry serves senior adults in assisted and skilled nursing facilities with special emphasis on persons with Alzheimer's Disease or related disorders.  Specifically, this position will handle administrative duties to support the Director of Silver Link such as scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls and emails, maintaining electronic files/reports, completing all financial paperwork, providing communication and follow-up with volunteers, and assisting with large gatherings/classes such as special worship services, grief ministry and Fastart classes.  Successful candidates will understand the role and function of the team approach to care-giving; have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent follow-through; be proficient in Microsoft Office; and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.  To submit your resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with the resume into one document.

Resurrection West Childcare Classroom Leader (Part-time, Nonexempt)

Resurrection is seeking Childcare Classroom Leaders whose main focus will be investing in the spiritual livs of the children, ages 6 wks through 5th grade, participating in KiDS COR Childcare.  They will be responsible for actively engating the children while leading activities and teaching lessons, while using personal creativiety.  Being responsible, reliable, having strong communication and organization skills are all key aspects to the success of this position.  OUr Ministry offers childcare multiple days a week, morning, afternoon and evening; providing an opportunity for a wide variety of hours and schedules.  Currently we are specifically looking for applicants who can work two or more of the following shifts weekly (many other shifts as well): some evenings, Wednesday morning, and Thursday mornings.  To submit your resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with the resume into one document.
