Facility Maintenance Technician (Full-Time, Nonexempt)
The Facilities Department is seeking someone to set up for various programs and special events at Church of the Resurrection along with a variety of repair projects. This position requires physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Successful candidates will have a heart to serve, with strong customer service skills.
Facility Management Program Director (Full-Time, Exempt)
Provides direction for church building operations and maintenance as well as event set-up and planning. Develops/implements contracts for preventive maintenance and improvements. Ensures the finest cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds. Considers and implements processes to assist the church in becoming more energy efficient and environmentally conscious. Qualified candidates must have 10 or more years progressively responsible positions in facility operations, including supervisory duties, for complex commercial office buildings with some experience in reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with large commercial heating and cooling systems preferred. Certified Facility Manager Accreditation is also preferred. This position reports to the Director of Facilities and Construction.
Internet Communications Coordinator (Full-Time, Nonexempt)
Responsible for creating and managing key content for the Church of the Resurrection website, this position will collaborate with ministry teams to ensure accurate and timely information is available to Resurrection members, visitors and guests. This position requires attention to detail, excellent relational skills, a high comfort level with standard software applications, an awareness of basic web production tools, the ability to mentor others and an ability to learn/utilize new technology. Reports to the Internet Communications Director.
Connection Ministries Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Nonexempt – 30 hours/week)
Supports Connection Ministries Office and teams including Connection Point, Third-time Visitor Follow-up, Coffee with the Pastors, New Members, Ministry Connector, Spiritual Gifts Placement and Member Reconnection. The incumbent will become well-versed in current opportunities at Church of the Resurrection and serve as a resource for both staff and church members. Responsibilities will include providing support to Connection teams, creating statistical tracking/monitoring reports, working within the church database and making limited website updates. In addition, this position will provide direction and support to volunteers in the areas of data management and general office support data entry. Successful candidates must have expertise in working with MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook, data management, excellent communication skills, proven organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
