Congregational Care Executive Assistant (40 hours, Exempt - Benefits Eligible)

The Congregational Care Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Pastor of Congregational Care by providing daily assistance in handling incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, following up on outstanding items and projects, doing research when needed, maintaining ministry files and records, handling financial recordkeeping, and assisting with development an maintenance of forms/practices/procedures for Congregational Care.  We are seeking a high caliber administrative professional with a passion for this care ministry.  Successful candidates will have exemplary communication and organizational skills with prior experience supporting executive level professionals.  Additionally, the candidate must have proficiency in MS Office with experience in financial recordkeeping and the ability to serve collaboratively with a variety of teams to achieve a common purpose.  To submit your cover letter and resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with resume into one document.

Resurrection West Director of Children's Ministries (40 hours, Exempt - Benefits Eligible)

The Resurrection West Director of Children's Ministries will be responsible for the overall vision, strategic leadership, and staff/volunteer development for this growing, dynamic ministry for children, infants through fifth grade.  Important aspects include designing and growing a ministry with a passion for spiritual development of children, effective staff management, recruiting, developing, and sustaining volunteers, and full coordination of curriculum and programming for weekend, weekday, and special event ministry.  Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience, with preference of at least five years experience leading children's ministry in a large or multi-site church setting.  This individual must be able to physically lift and push up to 30 lbs.  To submit your resume, please Click Here. Cover letters submitted must be combined with resume into one document.

Discipleship Coordinating Assistant (25 hours, Nonexempt)

The role of the Discipleship Coordinating Assistant is to support administration of discipleship programs, connections, events and curriculum details.  Specific responsibilities include responding to inquiries regarding discipleship opportunities/connections, database management, scheduling rooms, logging/reporting participation, advertising new and current discipleship opportunities to the congregation, as well as recruiting and managing volunteer teams.  Successful candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to follow projects through to completion with minimal direction.  In addition, proficiency in MS Office is needed with experience in database and website content management preferred.  Must be available to work Tuesdays from 1pm to 9pm.  To submit your resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with resume into one document.
