Counseling & Support Ministries Administrative Assistant (40 hours, Nonexempt - Benefits Eligible)

The Counseling and Support Ministries Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director of Counseling Ministries and the Pastor of Support Ministries.  For the Counseling Ministry, this position will administratively support Interns, counseling referrals/scholarships, as well as emotional wellness classes and events.  For the Support Ministry, administrative support will be provided for Live Forward and Live Well programs and volunteer coordination.  The Live Forward class requires assistance from set-up to clean up every Thursday from noon to 9:30pm.  This position requires someone who understands the team approach to care giving with prior administrative/office management experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to problem solve, manage priorities, support a diverse group of volunteers and maintain strict confidentiality.  To submit your cover letter and resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with resume into one document.

Facilities Maintenance Technician (32 hours, Nonexempt - Benefits Eligible)

Every event at Church of the Resurrection is impacted by the work of the Facilities Department. They are looking for someone to join their team to assist with room set-ups/tear-downs as well as light maintenance and janitorial duties. This individual should have a high level of motivation and strong organizational and customer service skills. Must be able to bend and physically lift and push up to 50 lbs. Coordinating Assistant for Student Ministries (40 hours, Nonexempt - Benefits Eligible) 

The Coordinating Assistant for Student Ministries provides administrative support to the Director and Associate Director of Student Ministries while coordinating and overseeing the Student Ministry budgeting, calendar, communications, office needs, and care administration. To be successful, individuals must be flexible, dedicated, dependable, and highly motivated. Resurrection West Director of Children's Ministries (40 hours, Exempt - Benefits Eligible)

The Resurrection West Director of Children's Ministries will be responsible for the overall vision, strategic leadership, and staff/volunteer development for this growing, dynamic ministry for children, infants through fifth grade.  Important aspects include designing and growing a ministry with a passion for spiritual development of children, effective staff management, recruiting, developing, and sustaining volunteers, and full coordination of curriculum and programming for weekend, weekday, and special event ministry.  Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience, with preference of at least five years experience leading children's ministry in a large or multi-site church setting.  This individual must be able to physically lift and push up to 30 lbs.  To submit your resume, please Click Here. Cover letters submitted must be combined with resume into one document.

Discipleship Coordinating Assistant (25 hours, Nonexempt)

The role of the Discipleship Coordinating Assistant is to support administration of discipleship programs, connections, events and curriculum details.  Specific responsibilities include responding to inquiries regarding discipleship opportunities/connections, database management, scheduling rooms, logging/reporting participation, advertising new and current discipleship opportunities to the congregation, as well as recruiting and managing volunteer teams.  Successful candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to follow projects through to completion with minimal direction.  In addition, proficiency in MS Office is needed with experience in database and website content management preferred.  Must be available to work Tuesdays from 1pm to 9pm.  To submit your resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with resume into one document.

Digital Communications Specialist (40 hours, Exempt - Benefits Eligible)

The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for implementing the church's communication strategies through digital media, serving as the site manager for the church's website, blogs and social media.  This includes creating content, managing projects, leading key digital media initiatives, partnering with various ministries for their communication needs and evaluating results.  Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience plus proven competency in using digital media design tools including Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver and content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.  Successful candidates will possess strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with both IT and communication professionals and manage both technical and nontechnical members of implementation teams.  The position requires flexibility, versatility and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.  If you have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be innovative while working with defined parameters, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.  To submit your cover letter and resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters must be combined with resume into one document.

Resurrection Downtown Technical Arts Producer (20 hours, Nonexempt)

Resurrection Downtown is an exciting community with multiple worship services housed in two locations.  The Technical Arts Producer will work with the Director of Technical Arts by assisting in technical production support for the campus.  This includes managing rehearsals, planning, and execution of all technical components of worship, including, but not limited to facilities, audio, lighting, graphics, video and staging.  Qualified candidates will have experience in each of these areas.  This individual also helps in managing and maintaining teams of volunteers for weekend technical production.  To be successful, one must have a working knowledge of digital audio consoles, IEMS, RF signal management, Adobe Creative Suite, and web streaming.  This position requires being able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis as well as climbing ladders up to 25 ft.  To submit your cover letter and resume, please Click Here.  Cover letters submitted must be combined with resume into one document.
