Bless the School: Celebration at Wheatley 7/11
Come see the restored Wheatley Elementary School and new playground! Thanks to the hard work from St. James and Resurrection volunteers and the generous donations from Christmas Eve, you successfully painted and restored Wheatley Elementary. What an amazing gift for these students and teachers!
Where: Wheatley Elementary School, 2415 Agnes Ave, Kansas City, MO
When: Saturday, July 11th, 12-3:30pm
Who: Everyone! All volunteers and members of Resurrection and St. James, Faculty/Staff/Parents/Students of Wheatley Elementary, and the Wheatley Neighborhood and Community Churches.
- Tour the restored school and new playground
- Meet teachers and staff of Troost Elementary
- Enjoy games, inflatables, and food from local vendors
- Fellowship with Resurrection and St. James volunteers, teachers/staff, and the Wheatley parents/kids/community
