Housing: Prepare/Sponsor Apartment at LINC
Imagine losing your home and all your possessions....
Community LINC offers hope to homeless families by providing them a home where they can rebuild their lives. LINC empowers these families by teaching them skills to fight and win the battle against homelessness in a safe, nurturing and accountable environment.
Resurrection's goal is to fully sponsor apartment homes for at least five families at LINC. Using your gifts, we can bring you together as a group to create a home for a family.
Anyone can help, and we can bring you together into groups to serve a specific family. Here are ways you can physically and financially provide a home for a family at LINC:
- Carpentry and handiwork to remodel an apartment.
- Decorating and shopping to furnish apartments and stock the kitchen pantry for move-in day.
- Financial resources to provide an apartment home for a family rent-free ($480/month - utilities and maintenance costs).
- Leadership and management to coordinate groups.
When: As needed, work with your group to find the best time.

If you are already part of a group or family that wants to serve together, Nancy will connect you with a family at LINC. If you are an individual or smaller group, Nancy can match you up with other individuals to work together on an apartment home.
