Housing: Help with Urban Ministry Construction
Resurrection's Urban Ministry Construction Team uses their construction skills to help ministries in the fight for social justice. By repairing and remodeling urban ministry locations, these teams enable growth of local ministries and spreading the Word in the inner city.
You can work on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday crew at locations like Grace United Community Ministries, Community LINC, or Grand Avenue Temple UMC:
- Build classrooms for after-school tutoring.
- Transform unusable spaces into functional ministry areas.
- Restore rooms used for adult education and Bible study.
- Return the sanctuary of urban core churches to their original beauty.
When: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, 8am-4pm
Where: Meet in the church parking lot, Central Campus.
