Justice: Exploitation Awareness & Restoration
This Ministry, formerly known as the "Stop Sex Trafficking Ministry" is dedicated to the causes of justice on behalf of victims of sexual exploitation. Kansas City is ranked 4th among U.S. cities for domestic minor sex trafficking, and most girls lured into the sex industry are only 12-14 years old. You can help stop this injustice and restore these girls through the love of Christ.

Serving Opportunities:
- Veronica's Voice and Healing House - Women can help restore other women who were previously prostituted (Veronica's Voice) and /or are recovering from addictions (Healing House), by serving meals, collecting needed items or providing other support.
- Defenders - Men can help stop the demand by taking a pledge and speaking to other men about sex trafficking issues.
- Awareness - Be informed of the myths of sex trafficking, get the word out to report incidents to a hotline or work with legislation to raise awareness and encourage new laws to address issues.
- KC STEP Alliance (Stop Trafficking and Exploitation of the Prostituted) As a part of this group, you will be notified of legislative and political happenings and have a voice in the decisions impacting our community.
- SST Leadership Team – There are many opportunities to serve (e.g. Defenders, organizing clothing drives, construction projects, educating the public or many other things...)
