Justice: Monthly Justice & Reconciliation Meeting
Each month people who are passionate about seeking justice and reconciliation in Kansas City meet to dialogue about relevant topics, learn through educational presentations by community leaders and advocates, and plan events. These meetings are open to anyone with an interest to join.
When: Second Tuesday of each month, 6:30-8pm
Where: Leawood Campus
The J&R monthly meetings will consist of:
- Prayer for God's healing hand in race relations in our community
- Education about issues of division and inequality in Kansas City
- Dialogue about those issues
- Planning for events that will expose and engage our congregation to opportunities towards reconciliation.
By joining this team, you can become an integral part of the ministry of reconciliation in Kansas City for people of all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, and cultures.
