Caregiver's Survival Guide

Silver Link Ministries invites all caregivers of a parent or spouse to a time of support, fellowship and learning. Utilizing the Caregiver's Survival Handbook as a guide, Joe McColligan will lead weekly discussions on topics such as juggling responsibilities, dealing with guilt, getting help from others, time management and self-care. This 4-week Living Forward class will be held each Thursday evening in February beginning on February 4 at 6:30 pm in Room 302 (downstairs, East Building, Central Campus).
