Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation and refund policy? 

Refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted after September 5, 2008.  If you are unable to attend Leadership Institute 2008 and cancel before September 5th, your registration will be refunded, less a $30 cancelation charge.  After September 5th, we will be unable to provide a refund.  Exceptions to this are medical emergencies for the participant, death in the family, or pastoral participation in a funeral, in which case the participant’s registration fee will be transferred to the Leadership Institute in 2009 or you may transfer your registration to another person from your church.

Do you still have openings?

Openings are still available for the conference, but workshops fill fast.  We do not want anyone from your team to miss out. Please submit your additional registrations as soon as possible, by logging on to our website at www.cor.org/catalyst or by mail to Church of the Resurrection 13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS  66224.

May I change my workshop selections?

We will do our best to accommodate workshop changes requested prior to September 26, 2008. However, many of our workshops are full and not currently open.  To check workshop availability, please send your request via email to catalyst@cor.org .

Can I attend the conference for just one day?

We encourage you to attend the entire event.  There are no reduced registrations rates for partial attendance. We encourage you to participate in the entire event. There are no reduced registration fees for partial attendance

Will CEU’s be available?

Saint Paul School of Theology and the GCFA will be offering CEU’s for full participation.  Information will be available in your packet, including the fee.

Will the workshops be taped?

We will have DVDs and CDs available for purchase of the three General Sessions only.

Will childcare be provided?

While children are a high priority at Church of the Resurrection, this is an adult training event and childcare is not available.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

What about hotel arrangements?

The Church of the Resurrection is located in a suburban area and we encourage you to book hotel accommodations in southern Johnson or Jackson County. Our list of hotel partners may be found on our website.  For specific questions about hotel amenities, please contact the hotel directly.

Is transportation provided between the airport, hotels and Church of the Resurrection?

We do not provide transportation.   You may rent a car at Kansas City International Airport or check on their website for shuttle services.  Please check with your hotel to see if they provide shuttle service. How do I find directions to the church?

Central Campus:
5:00 pm. Saturday /7:45 am., 9:00 am., 10:45 am. and 5:00 pm. Sunday

Rez West Campus: 
9:10 am. and 10:50 am. Sunday
