Pricing

To maximize the impact on your church, invite key leaders from every ministry area. To receive the Early Bird registration rate, all registrations must be received and payment completed by Friday, September 5. We have moved this date to the last date possible for final planning. Full payment must accompany your registration

Contemporary Worship Institute, October 1-2  

$99 per participant ($139 after 9/5) Includes lunch on October 1

Pre-Institute, October 2

$34 per participant ($45 after 9/5)

Leadership Institute, October 2-3

$139 per participant ($175 after 9/5)
Registrations received after September 5 will be $175.  We will not be able to make exceptions or adjustments.  Your understanding is appreciated.
Attendees of Contemporary Worship Institute ---$99 per participant

Post-Institute, October 4

$34 per participant ($45 after 9/5)

Leadership Institute Registration Includes

All conference materials, Thursday Authentic Kansas City Barbeque, Friday Box Lunch, and Friday Dinner, are included in the Leadership Institute registration price.  Participants are responsible for all other meals, hotel accommodations and travel.  Lunch will be available for purchase on Thursday.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you must contact us by email (catalyst@cor.org) ; or by mail (Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS 66224, ATTN: Leadership Institute Registrar)   A refund (less cancellation fee of $30 per person) will be issued if cancellation is made prior to September 5, 2008.
 
After September 5th, we will be unable to provide a refund.  Exceptions to this are medical emergencies for the participant, death in the family, or pastoral participation in a funeral, in which case the participant’s registration fee will be transferred to the Leadership Institute in 2009 or you may also transfer your registration to another person from your church.
