Keeping the Balance in Ministry
If you feel like you are overwhelmed with responsibilities, no time to relax and just an overall feeling of burnout, it might be that your ministry and life have become out of balanced. From time to time it's good to assess how you are spending your time, what you are saying yes to and how you might make some changes in order to have a healthy balance between your work and personal life. Join LaVon Hamilton, spouse of the workaholic Adam Hamilton, senior pastor of Church of the Resurrection, as she discusses both successes and failures on how they have kept a balance in their ministry and family for the last 26 years
