The Emerging Generation in Church Leadership
From ordained clergy to skilled lay leaders, the church needs the emerging generation to embrace leadership. Churches face at least two challenges here: how does it bring up young leaders, and then what does it do with them. We will look at how to identify and call out gifts of leadership in young people, how the paradigms of emergents affect their style of leadership, and how the generations can work together effectively.
