In this workshop participants will review Resurrection’s step-by-step process of a visitor’s experience before they enter the building to following up with them after their first visit and beyond. Many of the ministries in Guest Services have been in place since Resurrection’s inception and can be easily tailored to fit any size church. You will be provided specific "how to" information on planning and preparing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and members, running a smooth, supportive worship team, and the importance of follow up.
