This course applies proven growth models used in the corporate world to the church environment and organization setting. Course material includes “The Seven Jobs of Leading Student Small Groups” and “The Seven Jobs of Leading the Leaders of Student Small Groups.” Examples and a course worksheet in class provide key actions you can implement immediately to grow your student small group program. Whether you are a small church just starting out or a large church wanting to take your student small group program to the next level, this workshop will provide the framework and concrete steps for building student involvement and success in your student small group program.

MAC Track is a ministry at Resurrection designed to mentor high school and middle school students who are exploring a call into vocational ministry of all types. This workshop will give the participant an overview of useful components for leadership development in students, helping students explore ministry, mentorship of students as they discern a call to ministry, as well as taking time to explore practical ways to implement each of the components in any setting.
