Grace United: Adult Literacy

Grace United Community Ministries operates to better the community one person at a time in a holistic approach, through basic needs, supportive needs and spiritual needs. 

In addition to the current after school tutoring program for children Kindergarten through 8th grade,  the need for an adult reading program at Grace has become evident.

Opportunity: A Leader is needed to develop a program to teach adults to read.  This volunteer leadership position will be integral in developing and running the program.   

Skills: This volunteer leadership position requires a heart for working with others and a passion for education.  No requirement that an individual(s) have formal education training.

When: Saturday mornings, other times to be determined by leader
