  • If you are bringing multiple choirs, register them on-line separately. They may be paid for with a single check or credit card transaction.
  • Each choir will need to provide their own equipment, including bells, chimes, foam, table covers, mallets, and music. Please be sure all of your equipment is labeled.
  • ORPHAN RINGERS:  We cannot guarantee you a specific ringing spot.  We are limited by the positions that are available from groups that are registered.  If you require specific bells, please bring your own.
  • Registration will be limited in each level.
  • All tables will be in a straight line for massed ringing. Table rental is included in your registration fee. The postmark of your check or receipt of credit card information will determine placement of your choir.
  • A chaperone must be present with each group of youth ringers. We suggest one chaperone for every six youth.
  • Early set up will be available on Friday afternoon or evening. Please contact Gwen to arrange a time for us to meet you.
  • Contact Gwen at (913) 544-0217 or gwen.gepford@cor.org with any questions.
