Support Groups: Silent Angels

Has the grief and heartache of infertility or miscarriage caused you to struggle in silence because no one seems to understand? You are not alone. Silent Angels is a support group of women who meet monthly to encourage one another on this often isolating and little understood journey.

When we meet, we talk about our experiences and feelings, at times crying, other times laughing, always praying that God would fulfill the desire of our hearts to have a child of our own. There is no curriculum, just time to share your heart knowing we will respond with understanding and compassion.

Though the darkness of your despair may seem impenetrable, we hope that you will feel comforted and encouraged and that you may come to know God’s amazing grace and abounding love for you.

The next meeting is Sunday, April 23. Beginning in May, Silent Angels will meet at 6:30 pm on the 2nd Sunday evening of the month in Room 217, East Building, Leawood Campus.
