Description:

Church of the Resurrection is committed to long-term sustainable rehabilitation and development efforts in post-earthquake Haiti in partnership with Methodism worldwide, specifically focusing on the needs of the Methodist Church of Haiti (MCH) in the following areas:

1. Resourcing Haitian Methodist pastors, churches and communities
2. Construction Partnerships with MCH for Churches, Schools, & Clinics
3. Community Health & Wellness programs focusing on impoverished women & children.
4. Education Teams – resourcing children and teachers through training.
5. Economic Empowerment programs through microfinance & small business training.

Beyond Kansas City Missions is sending short-term missions teams of trained and passionate individuals 18 years of age & older.  If you are interested in joining a team or assisting Beyond Kansas City Missions in Haiti through your prayers, gifts or service, please see the opportunities listed here.  Their needs are as great today as they have ever been.
