Description:

This trip provides women an opportunity to partner with the women of the United Methodist Church in Jamaica! The team will take part in offering a Vacation Bible School experience for the St. Ann's Bay community; painting or landscaping at a nearby primary school; and encouraging musical talent among members of the St. Ann's Bay UMC congregation. The team will stay in dormitory style housing at the Cloisters, a United Methodist Camp managed by our local host, Dell Comerie. The trip includes a day to explore the culture and a driving tour of historic Methodist churches. Evenings will include fellowship with Jamaican families in songs and praise on the veranda of the Cloisters while taking in breathtaking views over the Caribbean.
