Journey 101: Table Group Discussion Facilitator

Journey 101 courses are six week courses designed to create environments where people experience growth and support as they engage in the discipleship Journey—knowing, loving and serving God. Courses are held on Wednesdays, with a morning and evening sessions available, and are led by our pastors and discipleship staff. The Learning Communities’ model combines large group teaching with small group breakout.

The key responsibilities of a Table Group Discussion Facilitator are to guide discussion around a small group breakout table and to create a welcoming atmosphere where individuals feel comfortable to share candidly about the topic and issues of faith. If you consider yourself to be a growing Christian as evidenced by past participation in Bible study and service; effective communicator—both in listening and speaking; are good with people; encouraging; sensitive; diplomatic; non-judgmental; and understand the diversity of groups, please contact us about joining our ministry team.
