Sunday, February 8, our regular 5 pm worship service at Leawood will begin at 4 pm.
Scheduled programming has resumed for Thursday, February 13 at all Resurrection locations.
As we enter the sacred season of Lent, we invite you to join us for our contemplative Ash Wednesday service. Through the traditional imposition of ashes, moments of quiet reflection, and heartfelt prayer, we’ll begin our 40-day journey toward Easter together. This meaningful service offers a chance to pause from our busy lives, acknowledge our mortality and need for God’s grace, and prepare our hearts for the transformative season ahead.
Small Shifts, Big Faith: Lenten Practices to Transform Your Life is a Lenten study that explores how simple, purposeful practices can shape and transform faith over time. Rather than focusing on dramatic spiritual change, this study invites you into small, meaningful shifts – everyday practices that help us receive God’s grace and respond through how we live. Each week pairs two practices that invite both openness and action, helping faith move from belief into lived experience. Whether you are new to this kind of exploration or returning to it during Lent, this study offers a welcoming, practical way to slow down, reflect, and grow alongside others as we discover how small shifts can lead to big faith. Join us in each week Wednesday from February 25 – March 25 for the Lenten Concert series. Whether in person at our Leawood Sanctuary, livestream or posted after on demand.
As we enter the sacred season of Lent, we are invited to slow down, quiet our hearts, and turn our attention toward God. The Lenten concert series offers a prayerful space for reflection, repentance, and renewal as we remember Christ’s journey to the cross.

Service Locations & Times:
On Good Friday, Wesley Chapel will be open for a prayer vigil as we remember the events of Christ’s crucifixion. This is a drop-in experience; you’re invited to come anytime between noon and 3 pm for a time of quiet reflection and prayer. Every half hour, there will be brief scripture readings and devotions that walk through the passion narrative, from Jesus’s trial to his final moments on the cross. Come for just a few minutes or stay as long as you need. Good Friday invites us to pause and create space for the weight of this day before we celebrate the hope of the Resurrection on Easter Sunday.
