Live Well: Emotional Wellness Ministry
Live Well is the Emotional Wellness Ministry on Tuesday nights. Live Well offers a variety of support and educational groups for those struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as groups for their family members. All participants will be invited to meet at 6:15 pm in the Wesley Chapel before heading to their issue-specific classrooms. This time will include a devotion by Rev. Steven Blair and a brief sharing from an emotional wellness professional. Group sizes are limited and classes are closed following the second week.
Spring 2013 Live Well programming will begin on Tuesday, February 12.
These classes are designed for individuals struggling with chronic depression or anxiety. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, psychiatric care or crisis management. These classes may not be suitable for those struggling with additional disorders or for those who do not function well in a group environment. For more details about classes, continue reading below.
