Matthew's Ministry
Matthew's Ministry is Church of the Resurrection's awareness, outreach and support ministry for persons with special needs and their families. By showing the love of God to those who are sometimes considered by society to be "the least of these", we fulfill Christ's command and serve those in great need.
The Mission
Matthew's Ministry extends the love and message of Jesus Christ to all persons with special needs and helps to incorporate them fully into the life of the church.
Opportunities
Family Night Out -Parents with children with special needs can have an evening out once a month from 6-9 p.m. while trained volunteers and staff care for their children with special needs and their siblings
Adult Bible Study - Students 18 and over, join their peers at Resurrection for music and fellowship at the Adult Bible Study's weekly Sunday evening program held during the 5:00 pm worship in room 2120.
