Weekday Preschool: Discovery Ark
Discovery Ark is a preschool for children ages two to five. Our curriculum encourages the child's individual growth. The “Process rather Product” concept is implemented through developmentally appropriate experiences in art, music, science, storytelling and movement.
Faith development is encouraged as our teachers expose the children to Christian principles. Old Testament stories are told before Christmas, New Testament stories after Christmas.
The emphasis at Discovery Ark is on the child. Our trained staff provides a warm, nurturing atmosphere where the child feels safe and loved. We maintain a low child/teacher ratio to ensure individual attention.
