Check In / Out
At KiDS COR, we use a state of the art check-in system. Each child is assigned a bar-coded key tag. Key tags may be obtained at the KiDS COR Information Booth located in the Narthex on the first floor. Families use these key-tags to scan in at scanning stations located at all KiDS COR entrances. Check-in begins 10 minutes prior to the start of programming and ends 15 minutes after each session begins.
Once you have scanned in at one of the scanning stations, you will proceed to the classroom location displayed on the scanning station screen. Once in the assigned classroom, three adhesive identification labels will be available for your child.
These labels are to be used as follows:
- The first label will be placed on the child’s clothing.
- The second label will be given to the parent or guardian. You MUST present this identification label to the KiDS COR volunteer or staff person in the classroom when you come to pick-up your child at the end of programming. Children will not be released without an identification label.
- The third label will be placed in the attendance roster notebook by the check-in volunteer or staff person in the classroom. If you forget your key-tag or have any additional questions about our check-in process, stop by the KiDS COR Information Booth located in the Narthex on the first floor.

Your child will have the opportunity to build friendships and learn about the Bible lesson by first participating in a small group in their classroom. Your child will learn about the Bible lesson through games, crafts, age-appropriate Bible lessons and application activities. Following small group time, children travel to our Bible Theater room, for a large group lesson. This is a high-energy environment that teaches the Bible lesson for the week through songs, drama, and group participation. Preschoolers in KiDS COR are part of a fun and creative experience designed to encourage kids as they grow in their walk with God.
