Making Spirits Bright
We want to invite all women to our annual churchwide Christmas party! We know that this season is FULL of things asking for your time and attention, so we simply want to invite you to an evening that is all about you relaxing and enjoying time with your girlfriends! Bless the Advent We Actually Have
We are entering the Advent season, a season of hope and joy. Except what about when you don’t exactly feel joyful? Maybe you feel stretched too thin, a little (or a lot) overwhelmed, and really tired of people saying it’s the merriest time of the year. Or maybe this season is truly magical for you this year! No matter your season, we want to meet you where you are to reflect on the Advent We Actually Have. Angie McCarty and Lauren Cook will be releasing a 4-part devotional series on YouTube with 5 minute devotions for each week of Advent, just for you! Listen in the car on the way to the grocery store, start your morning with us, listen on a walk, whatever works best for you. Beloved Women's Conference
Each year, we invite all our women, across our groups and across our community, to come together for our annual women’s conference. We are excited to host the Beloved Women’s Conference February 2 and 3, 2024, and welcome Melissa Urban and Jami Nato as our keynote speakers. We would love to see you in person, but if you know someone who lives outside the Kansas City area invite them to join us online. Early bird Registration is now open through August 1, 2023!
United Women in Faith
We believe that love in action can change the world. At Resurrection, we do this through learning, service, sisterhood, and faith opportunities both within the walls of the church and throughout our community. Bloom
Introducing Bloom – a new group for women in midlife who are seeking to flourish in faith, friendship, and service. Join us this fall and embark on a transformative journey of growth and connection.
Bloom is an inclusive and welcoming community that recognizes the unique needs and experiences of women in midlife. Together, we will explore the depths of our faith, cultivate meaningful friendships, and engage in acts of service that make a positive impact on the world around us.

Resurrection Moms
Our Moms groups are thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique needs of moms with children of all ages, from Early Childhood through college. Whether you’re a new mom navigating the early years or a seasoned mom preparing for the challenges of parenting teenagers, we have a group for you.
Our Building Better Moms bi-weekly gatherings and Resurrection Moms monthly gatherings provide supportive environments where you can learn from experienced guest speakers and teachers who specialize in parenting during your specific stage of life. Gain valuable insights, practical advice, and connect with other moms who understand the joys and struggles you face.
Get Involved & Serve!
We have plenty of ways that you can jump in and serve with other women!
One of the places you can serve is with our Resurrection Kids team as they create fun spaces for kids during our Building Better Moms groups and our Small Groups. Grab your friends (and your own kids!) and jump in by clicking below!
We also are on the lookout for event help at our upcoming Evening with Jen Hatmaker and Tyler Merritt. You can sign up to greet, usher, work in the parking lots, and more!
