St. James United Methodist Church and The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, two of the Kansas City area’s largest churches, will unite for worship on Labor Day weekend, celebrating the unity of the Body of Christ and the diversity of the Kingdom of God.
Three of the metro area’s most dynamic pastors, Rev. Emanuel Cleaver II and Rev. Emanuel Cleaver III from St. James and Rev. Adam Hamilton from Resurrection will share the pulpit. Their combined message will challenge and inspire us to follow the example of Jesus Christ, loving one another and transforming our community.
