Credit card debt that’s out of control. Savings accounts that are feeble. Personal spending that outpaces income. No spending plan. No emergency fund. No ‘room’ for giving. Many of us find ourselves struggling with issues of personal finance. In fact, statistics show that most of us struggle in this area, one way or another. This week, we see how the American Dream contrasts with God’s vision, and how God’s vision brings joy that the American dream cannot.
