OVERVIEW
The apostle John (portrayed as aging and in his 70's by Rev. Adam Hamilton) reviews the New Testament epistles for the congregation. He describes how much more difficult it was to write and send a letter in New Testament times, showing the care and thought that went into the process. He then reviews the message of various epistles, and focuses in particular on how the New Testament writers sought to honor and raise up women, particularly mothers, far more than was common in their time and place. He calls us to listen and obey the timeless spiritual message of these letters.
