OVERVIEW
Zan Holmes, Jr., is pastor emeritus of St. Luke Community UMC in Dallas, and was adjunct professor of preaching at Perkins School of Theology for 24 years. Thousands of Resurrection members will recognize Zan as the narrator of the Disciple 1 Bible Study video series. Known also for his community activism, Zan was recognized as one of the Civil Rights Movements's "Invisible Giants" in the National Voting Rights Museum and Institute in Selma, Alabama.
